I can't confirm it. But I believe 'Flash' is open-source.

As of Feb 11/16. I learned that there is an open-source project called, 'flash four'. I think this is great!! Someone said Actionscript 3, is like 'lego for adults'. I'll tell you something... When I learned Actionscript it's like a 20-section lesson and I found a Funky book called 'Sams teach yourself C++ one hour a day' What a better way to get to the webGL landscape minus unity. Call me a Jerk,"Nerd" but I am at this time calling a flash addict.
